About Us

Carrus Group helps manufacturing and industrial companies improve their operational efficiency.

When companies grow, it stresses their facility and operations.
Plant layout and value streams get misaligned.
Operational activities overflow into areas where they’re not intended to.
Inefficiencies mount. A decision must be made.
Do you better align and layout the operations within the existing footprint?
Or do you find or build a new facility to move operations?
That’s where we come in.

An Extension of Your Team
